Hi! I’m Christina.

I’m so glad you stumbled upon my website. Whether you’re looking for help taking your business’ social media to the next level or you just want to learn some tips & tricks to enhance your marketing efforts, you’ve come to the right place.

I live and breathe social media. Studying people’s habits is fascinating to me and as an extremely observant individual, I’ve taken what I’ve learned about how we humans interact and am able to use that insight to create fun, exciting, and entertaining social media campaigns.

But first, let me tell you how I got started. Back in the early 80s I started reading at the very young age of 3 years old. I was fascinated by libraries and constantly surrounded myself with books. To this day, you’ll never find me without a book on my desk, in my purse, or on my bedside table. Reading has been not only a form of pleasure for me, but it’s also the way I’ve learned everything I know in my current career. And with reading comes a passion for writing.

In 2009 I started my healthy living blog, Hungry Meets Healthy, when I lived in Charleston, SC. I was at a not-so-creative job, fresh out of college, and I needed an outlet where I could express myself and share ideas with friends and family. Though the blog started off as a collection of recipes and a diary of my fitness adventures, it blossomed into an award-winning lifestyle blog, receiving the Charleston City Paper Best Local Blog award in 2011, 2012, and 2013. Through the blog and the many partnerships it brought me, I learned to market myself as a brand. I learned the ins and outs of photography, copywriting, and brand collaborations. But, by far, the most rewarding experience I gained was the art of creating and maintaining relationships, both online and offline.

Fast forward a few jobs and a move back to my home state of Massachusetts. Landing in Boston was sure to change my career for the better. I had an open mind and a willingness to take what I learned through blogging and apply it to a career that better suited me. Before this I worked as a translator (pssst: I majored in Spanish!) and a technical writer — both very dry, but certainly still in that language world I have been passionate about. Moving to Boston opened up so many windows. My first year here was spent in a sales & marketing role for Krave Jerky. I then moved on to a sales position with Boston Burger Company, a well-known restaurant group. I had always wanted to work for a restaurant, but knew that I didn’t want to work in a FOH/BOH role. But what’s left? Oh, a marketing role. Within months of starting a sales position at BBC, ownership quickly saw my creative side and allowed me to take over their social media. Not even a year later, I was promoted to the Director of Marketing. I finally knew I was in the career I needed to be in. I was fulfilled but challenged, excited yet intimidated. Everything started to make sense.

But because I have this dirty little habit of enjoying a challenge (or two, or three…), I started hustling. I took on social media clients on the side, did some freelance photography, wrote copy and blogs for a bunch of consumer packed goods (CPGs), and continued connecting with brands on blog collaborations.

One day it hit me: why not turn all these little side hustles and turn them into MY ONE JOB. The entire time I had been at Boston Burger Company, my boss insisted that I should eventually work for myself, doing what I do for the restaurant, but with multiple clients. But as anyone who’s started their own business knows, it’s a scary challenge taking the leap from working for a big (safe!) company to going out on your own. I can’t tell you how many times I fought the idea out of fear. And then I decided that 2018 was the year I would change that. I’m thrilled to say that the blog I started at 25 years old and the million books I read as a child have brought me to where I am now. And that’s here, to help your business grow. I cannot wait to meet you.
